In the unlikely case, that the customs got hold of an item and asking for Fees to pay up on the regular price, the customer is liable to cover those occuring Fees.
- HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE?
We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Depending on the Warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 10-36 Business Days, until you’ll receive your order. It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, that will delay the shipping by a few days.
- MISSING PACKAGE(S)?
In the unlikely event, your items won’t arrive at your door, check the following things:
1) Has one of your flatmate picked up your item?
2) Is there a similiar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
3) Call your post-office and ask them about your package
